Salina PWA offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee associated with this method of payment. Normally, these services will charge a convenience fee

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.

We also have a night drop located on the East side of the building next to the door to allow you to make your payment after business hours; just be sure to include your payment coupon.  If coupon is not available please include your account number and/or your account name to insure your payment is credited correctly.  Cash payments must be placed in an envelope and labeled with account name and number.

Instapay (QR Code)

InstaPayTM enables your customers to pay their bills in less than 30 seconds, beginning with a simple scan of a QR code printed right on their bill. Electronic (paperless) customers also receive an InstaPayTM link in their electronic bill notification messages. What’s more, every customer can choose to activate AutoPay with ONE SINGLE TOUCH while using InstaPayTM. From that point on, there’s no need even to invoice the customer ever again—future bills will be automatically charged to the credit card on file! Customers who choose one-touch instant AutoPay activation become faithful payers with zero administrative overhead and no statement delivery costs.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

IVR is an automated telephone system that interacts with callers and allows them to enter their account information and
hear current or historical data, about their usage. The customer can make a payment via ACH or by Debit/Credit Card,
without the need for a live agent 24/7. The caller can receive the prompts in either English or Spanish.

BENEFITS
• Zero liability of personal information compromised
• Increases inbound capacity (unlimited call capacity)
• Decrease live agent calls up to 60%
• 24/7 telephone account access for customers

Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
