October 2024 Bills

We are experiencing delays in billing due to issues with our software company and the United States Postal Service. Bills were generated on September 27, but the software company prints and mails them from Dallas, Texas. As a result, bills are taking more than two weeks to reach customers, which is causing late fees and even disconnections. To help fix this problem, we will not be charging late fees this month. Please be aware that additional payment options are available. You can pay in person, by drop box, online, or by phone.

Below are additional payment options:

In Person: Visit Salina PWA  at 315 S Saltwell Salina, OK 74365. We accept cash, check, debit/credit*, or money orders.

Drop-Box: Drop off cash, check or money order in white drop box located outside to the left of door at Salina PWA.

Phone*: Call 918-434-5025 today to make your payment over the phone.

As a courtesy reminder our billing schedule is detailed below:

Billing: Printed and mailed by last week of month

Bill Due Date: 10th of Month

Penalties Applied: 11th of Month

Disconnect the week following after Penalties.
